To all clubs and members,
In light of the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the restrictions imposed on large gatherings, we have had to consider how we will run our 2020 AGM to ensure we comply with Government requirements and protect the health of our members.
We have decided the best course of action is to reschedule the 2020 AGM to Thursday the 18th June 2020 and put in place a hybrid format of running the meeting. This will include some face to face attendees at the MNSW office, as well as, online attendance via Zoom conferencing.
Details on how to take part in the AGM via Zoom conferencing will be provided closer to the date.
