After a thrilling but wet start to this year’s Finance My Bike NSW Off-Road Championship earlier this month at Appin, all the action shifts further north towards the coast, with rounds 3 and 4 coming your way next month at Nabiac Motorsport Complex.
Scheduled to be held on the 22nd and 23rd of June, both rounds will feature a sprint format on a purpose-built track. Contrasting what was on display at rounds 1 and 2, the track that awaits riders and spectators next month will be through tight and twisty corners, featuring open and sandy terrain, along with bush areas as well.
Two tracks are being prepared, one each for Senior and Junior classes.
Format Details
The sprint Format is held along the lines of an Enduro special test, with riders completing as many heats as determined by the Clerk of Course. The times will be cumulative, with the rider with the least elapsed time for their class being declared the winner.
Entries
Entries to ride at rounds 3 & 4 of the Finance My Bike NSW Off-Road Championship are currently open via RiderNet. Early bird entries close Monday, June 10, while all other entries close ten days later on the 20th of June.
Additional Venue Info
Camping will be available on Friday and Saturday nights, with toilets and showers also available. The Central North Coast Sporting club will be running the canteen on Saturday & Sunday.
