Motorcycling NSW is pleased to release the Self-Scrutineering Process for Competition Events. With the pilot period now concluded, MNSW now advises the community of the next steps in relation to self-scrutineering. This process has been developed following the learnings throughout the pilot period.
Supplementary Regulations play a critical role in the promotion and conduct of Competition Events. MNSW is committed to ensuring that all events are compliant with the current GCRs listed within the MoMs, we also aim to mitigate the risk associated with motorcycling events ensuring participant satisfaction and, maintaining compliance with insurance requirements. Therefore, we are implementing a change in the process of how Supplementary Regulations will be approved for competition events.
Due to the recent harmonisation within the official education framework, Motorcycling NSW (MNSW) will transition to using the official event reports provided by Motorcycling Australia (MA). This change took effect on Monday, 23rd September 2024.
